Problem
People in high-risk jobs face hazardous conditions and high stress, leading to anxiety and challenges in maintaining mental and physical health.
Solution
An app designed to support high-risk workers by providing comprehensive guides and resources for managing well-being and providing support following incidents.
The goal of Sentry is to support high-risk professionals (nurses, construction workers, firefighters, etc.) by providing resources to manage their physical and mental health. Users can record incidents, track details, attach files, and follow up on next steps. By combining health guidance with incident tracking, the app helps users stay organized, make informed decisions, and maintain well-being in demanding work environments.
During the UX research phase, the ORCA method was implemented to structure and analyze user needs. By focusing on Objects, Relationships, Capabilities, and Attributes, research insights were translated into a clear information architecture. Overall, this project strengthened foundational understanding of UX design principles.
